Chocolate Mug Cake

Preparation Time: 2–3 minutes

Cooking Time: 1–2 minutes (microwave)

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

Method:

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a mug.
  • Add milk and oil, then mix until smooth.
  • Microwave for 60–90 seconds
  • or Cook in a baking pan for 20/25 minutes
  • Let it cool slightly and enjoy warm.

Tips:

  • Don’t overcook or it’ll turn rubbery.
  • Every microwave is different—timing may vary slightly.
  • The cake rises a lot, so don’t fill the mug more than halfway.
