Bread Pudding Dessert

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 25–30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread slices (cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Method:

  • Heat milk and sugar until dissolved.
  • Add beaten egg and vanilla.
  • Pour mixture over bread pieces.
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
